Deposit Terms and Conditions
To take forward your initial enquiry, we need to take a deposit from you in the sum of £250 (the “Deposit”). The Deposit is taken to allow us to produce for you a bespoke assessment and detailed designs for your installation, based on the information you have submitted as part of your initial enquiries.
If, as part of our quoting and design planning, we identify that:
- the system ordered will not physically fit on the roof of your property;
- the installation of the solar panels may pose a risk to the property or its roof;
- additional work is required to facilitate the installation (which has not been requested by you as part of your initial enquiry); and/or
- we deem that there is likely to be too much shadowing at the property, meaning we do not think the system will deliver the results you are expecting;
You will have the option to cease the process and we will refund your Deposit in full.
Please note that payment of the Deposit is not a binding commitment to proceed and commit to an installation of a PV system, and no further sums of money will be taken from you until you have approved the designs of your system and signed a fully binding contract.
The quote and designs that we produce for you are valid for a period of 90 days from delivery of the quote and designs to you. If the initial 90 day period expires and you have neither committed to an order during that period, nor confirmed you would not like to proceed, we reserve the right to withhold your Deposit to cover our time and costs in producing the bespoke quote and designs for your installation.
If you proceed with your order, accept the quotation and sign a binding contract for us to install services at your premises, the Deposit will be used as an initial payment towards your installation and will be detailed on your quotation accordingly.
